1) eliminate the metal awnings over the windows and entry doors; 2) replace the second windows from the street on each side with some approximately four (4) inches shorter to accommodate a sink cabinet with countertop and backsplash in what will be a new kitchen; 3) eliminate the 32-inch x 24-inch bathroom window on both side walls; 4) replace the exterior metal siding on all four walls with 8-inch smooth, non-textured hardie lap siding or 6-inch weatherboard, replacing any damaged framing as needed; 5) replace the gutters (5-inch k-style) and downspouts (none to be on front of the building). Further anticipated renovations will be by additional permit application(s).

Replace existing roof with new felt, 30-year asphalt shingles, turbine vents, metal drip edges & flashing.
