To reset replace slipped or missing slate shingles on the roof of the main structure as needed. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work.

To remove failing stucco from ceiling above porch on the chartres elevation. Applicant to apply separately to repair the ceiling after determining the full scope of work.

Tourism tie-ins signs that will enable locals and visitors alike to access wyes tricentennial moments at iconic locations throughout the area in smartphone technology. Tricentennial moments are 1-3 minute videos that highlight the history of new orleans. The content is produced by wyes production team aided by content provider, the historic new orleans collection (hnoc). The signs are 11 inches by 9 inches and are temporary.
