Complaint received: have parked two trailers in their front yard, a few feet away from the street. One is a construction-type trailer, the other is a 53 tractor trailer. The are using these trailers for habitation! The trailers are unimproved, but the neighbors appear to be attempting to make them permanent fixtures they do not appear to have any electrical service functioning at the property. They run a gas generator for power. Additionally they do not have trash or recycling pickup service. Caok w/ call
