Complaint received - shawn skinner continues to operate short-term rental without a permit. His ad is on homeaway and the title is stylish penthouse loft with amazing views in the heart of downtown. This unit is next door to me and the coming and going at all hours of the day and night of tourists and their luggage is extremely bothersome. The other problem is the lack of security as numerous tourists throughout the year are given the code to enter the building. Shawn has been renting out his unit for more than a year (that i know of), and has never had a permit.
