Notice to proceed: provide swing stage access to the exterior of unit 2206. Demolish the brick masonry from the bottom of the top spandrel beam to the top of the bottom spandrel beam. Cut out and repoint 100% of the concrete masonry unit (cmu) mortar joints in the exposed area. Install aluminum thru wall flashing at the top of the bottom spandrel beam. Install flashing membrane to the cmu and the new aluminum thru wall flashing. Install aluminum jamb and sill flashing at the two small inside windows and end dams the full height at both ends of the extent of the work area.
