No progress has been made on this application in over day. This application is now void, please make reapplication when ready to proceed with uploading plans and plan review. The present brick structure will remain unchanged. An add-on was done in the 1950s or 1960s. It was done poorly. There is no foundation, and the wood is rotting. The walls/floor have sunk badly the permit is for a redoing the add-on properly, with a foundation. Professionals will be hired to do the concrete foundation. I intend to do the framing myself with guidance from my uncle who is a general contractor. A friend who is a professional electrician will do the electrical work.
