Pmd; january 11, 2006 10:11:44 am sbrank via fax from susan presley at msd, do not issued a co or tco until sewer extension is completed. Lots 2,3,4,5 cady court. Please print when other permits are issued. Thx.; received msd form 6-2-2006 showing that lots 2,3,4, and 5 owe no fee for msd. 40 paid. Filed in msd folder. Tried to put in land management but there were 5 addresses and i didnt know how these lots coordinated with those. : bld; february 4, 2008 2:27:49 pm jgreene voided permit due to no activity.
