Mechanical permit

Pre-construction meeting required contact mc. Dps inspector chris cary @ 301-370-3686. Remove existing driveway and construct two new commercial driveway entrances as shown on the approved plan. Driveways will consist of montgomery county standard 100. 01 curb and gutter. Provide sidewalk ramps standard mc 112. 01 or mc 113. 01 as directed at all sidewalk crossings. Plant street trees as shown on the approved plan and in accordance with std. Mc-701. 01. All disturbed and graded areas shall be sodded. Complete repair & restoration of the right of way shall be made, "in-kind", of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right-of-way caused by construction operations on this site.

On amherst ave (for wheaton place apartments) construct excavation and compaction for water abandonment and connections in accordance with wssc plans and specifications. Work shall comply with the current montgomery county specifications for utility construction permit. All lane closures/traffic controls shall comply with the mcdot approved traffic control plans, work zone temporary traffic control standards and directions of the dps row inspector. Complete repair (restoration of right of way) shall be made of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right of way caused by construction operations on this site.
