Emergency bracing of front wall as per code union square historic district - remove collapsing front wall; provide shoring from the basement to the third floor to support floors and roof structure; replace front wall with 2-inch by 4-inch wood framing and brick veneer (new matching and salvaged brick) to match existing front elevation; remove debris and scaffolding; install additional interior framing partitions and roof as required to keep building from further deterioration; board openings to discourage casual entry. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
