Our project is a medical center to be constructed on 14 acres, mol, on folio #71956. 0100. The site is located in the county. The water and sewer is city provided. We are planning to connect to an existing water line and sewer forcemain in the new extension of palm river road, per plans for the florida crossroads project which was as-built in september of 2014. There is an 8" forcemain on the north side of palm river with an existing stub-out for our site on the west side of the retention pond. There is also a 12" watermain on the south side of palm river with a 6" water line stub out located within our proposed driveway, per record drawings dated sept. 2014. Our project will require an 8" fireline, and it is our intent to connect to the 6" line and install an increaser. We will be installing a sanitary systen and private pump station that will be connected to the existing 4" forcemain stub-out. Please refer to utility plan included.
