Water heater replacement

Authorization to proceed at front: replace four front casement windows with pella 4 series aluminum-clad wood windows of same size and type color: poplar white; replace front door with matching wood 6-panel door color: hemlock green. At rear: replace first floor sliding glass doors with aluminum-clad wood sliding doors; replace first floor window with aluminum-clad wood window size to match and awning window at top; replace upstairs rear sliding door with double casement-style aluminum-clad wood doors to fit opening. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
