Biltmore gem mine. This space was reverted back to private residential use in 2006 and has not been inspected since. The interior layout seems ok at this point for what they are doing with it. This is a single egress building for all practical purposes and was a business office prior to 2006. They had inquired about permits but there was apparently some confusion regarding what might be needed. At any rate, they should be in by thursday to start the process.
