At its meeting on april 21, 1981, the board of county commissioners under the provisions of section 16 of the comprehensive zoning ordinance for bernalillo county authorized the location of two radio towers and transmitters on property described as an unplatted parcel of land in the northwest 1 4, of section 11, township 11 north range 3 east; zoned a-1 and located on the east side of edith boulevard ne between mayars road ne and the amafca north diversion channel. The use of the above described property in the aforementioned manner and in conformance with the development plan as submitted and approved on april 22, 1981. Is hereby authorized for the life of the use.
