Private provider for plan review and inspections. Interior renovation with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and gas(nitrogen)

The revised architectural site drawings are not in response to building comments, but rather tenant requested changes due to budget constraint changes. The fresh air intake unit was been relocated from the north side to the south side of the building, thereby eliminating the building owners request for the concrete block wall. The previously located equipment pads have been re-located from the north and east side of the building to the east side of the building. No new equipment or new pads have been added or changed, just relocated to another part of the building. No changes have been made to the nitrogen pad or location.

Install new fire alarm system. Previous fire alarm system was removed during interior demo.

Install (1) non illuminated single face monument sign. Install (1) non illuminated and (1) illuminated wall sign; hook up to existing electric.

Remove three exterior islands and restripe as no parking. Renovate one existing island for new nitrogen tank. Renovate one existing island for clearance for hvac unit. Remove existing palm trees as required to create a fenced utility yard and new sloped concrete entranced walk to previously permitted warehouse.

Need tco so owner can occupy the space while moving owner-provided equipment from old facility to this one. Still need to hook up power, exhaust and water to this equipment.
