To install one (1) double-faced wood sign to read jezebels per drawings submitted on 03/10/16 & stamped vcc approved 03/15/16sign will measure: 30" w x 17" h sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the door on the corner of the building. Sign will hang from chains. Sign will have a tan/ peach background with red and black lettering,no additional illumination or lighting is approved. Note: all existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.
