Rehabilitation (non-gut) of a 3 story mfd unit. To include masonry wall & cornice point up and repairs install new yr mineral sheet roof w accessories repair front entry precast steps. Remove plaster and drywall from existing particians replacement of electrical panel unit wiring upgrade per n. E. C light fixtures and low voltage wiring replace existing electric service with 2 amp service including branch circuits. Replace existing plumbing system including vent lines reconstruct water & waste and fixtures. Replacement of gas fired high efficiency hvac equipment including ductwork venting and thermostat. Install replacement windows doors exterior wall insulation sheetrock tile floor finishes and paint throughout. Install new kitchen cabinets countertiops and applicance. (windows & doors to remain same size and location). As per code as per sketch.
