Authorization to proceed replace chain link fence at perimeter of rear yard with 6 high horizontal board wood fence on three sides (30 and 48 long on sides; 15 long at rear). Paint rear wall of one-story addition with behr exterior flat paint (spanish tan ms-21). Install pavers in center of rear yard atop layer of sand covering area of 8 wide by 20 long. Repair band of damaged concrete in rear yard nearest house. Install top soil along remaining sides of pavers along fence. Remove deteriorated fire escape stairs. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
