Good morning joe, i have a complaint that i received and in doing the investigation i think i have found a violation to your building code and want to try to set something up to visit together to verify my complaint and for one of your officers to check on the work without a valid permit. I can be available most any afternoon just let me know when we could talk and then meet. I have attached a picture of the flue that i do not seem to locate a permit for and i am wondering if they have created a unit where this flue serves?? Met with shannon morgan and discovered a wood free standing stove installed in the basement of the house that was put in by black mtn. Stove and chimney but no permits or inspections. I will be calling the contractor to come in and pay for the permit and a 100. Penalty for work without permit.
