March 4, 2013 4:13:09 pm pamk. Rswo, complaint,believes house is vacant or used for storage. It is being used as parking lot for the school and church. Fence is broken and hanging over the sidewalk impeeding foot traffic. Limbs hanging over sidewalk impeeding foot traffic. Trash being thrown in the yard, broken glass, general junkiness/eyesore. Pjk; march 6, 2013 4:37:26 pm pamk. I responded to the address about an abandoned house and debris. The house appears to be unoccupied at this time, from a view through a lower level window, there appears to be nice furniture stored there. The over-all interior looks to be in original 1930s good condition. The utilities are in place ,and it appears there may be heat on. There is an electrical meter in place, and the outside service appears relatively new. There is a gas meter. The outside appearance is clean and kempt,there is some brush in the backyard that may be from the recent storms. There is also a fence, so that the backyard is not readily
