All conduit and wiring shall be placed along the inside corners of building surfaces as much as possible, such as along gallery/balcony purlins at the deck line, and painted to match the adjacent surfaces. All cameras to be installed a minimum of 9-feet above the sidewalk and a maximum of 18-inches below the bottom of the balcony, gallery, porch ceiling, roof overhang, or soffit.

To prepare for painting by washing using a low water pressure (4 psi max); sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used), making minor millwork and masonry repairs as necessary to match existing conditions (masonry mix must be soft, with maximum portland cement content not to exceed 1 part to 12) and to paint as follows to match existing conditions: gallery decking: benjamin moore "essex green," semiglossfailure to exactly match permit specified colors will result in a vcc violation and mandated repainting. Re-point/repair deteriorated masonry at ground floor, as required. Use vcc mortar mix. Repair stucco base at ground floor as required and paint to match existing. Use vcc stucco mix.
