Install framing for 3 bedrooms and 2 1 2 bathrooms per code. Install new insulation through out per code. Install 15 new vinyl replacement windows in existing openings. Install 11 new interior doors. Install 2 new exterior doors front and rear to existing openings. Install new kitchen cabinets and counter tops. Install new drywall throughout and paint. The outside walls will be framed with 2x6 @ 16oc with r-21 insulation in walls. The ceilings will have r-49 insulation. All interior and partition walls will be framed with 2x4 @ 16oc. Reconstruct waste & water lines interior for fixtures run gas to 100k btu furnace 35k btu stove and install elect water heater as per code
