To install a security system as follows, per attached material received 06/21/13 & stamped vcc approved 06/28/13: three (3) bullet cameras attached to the soffit at the rear of the facade gallery pointing toward the street; and one (1) bullet camera attached at the rear of the faade gallery, pointing toward the downriver side alley. Each camera will measure 2. 48 x 2. 28 x 4. 06& will be painted to match the surface to which it is attached. One (1) intercom (measuring 5-1/8 x 3-7/8 x 1-9/16) attached to the frame of the passageway gate, downriver elevation.

-replace existing bullet-style security cameras with dome-style security cameras per spec sheets submitted 08/27/13 & stamped approved 08/27/13.

To repair the stucco on the side wall of the main house as necessary, using the vcc standard soft mortar mix with the portland cement content not to exceed 1 part to 12 to touch-up paint as necessary to match existing color (pink, bm-016, flat or eggshell finish)

To replace the alleyway door on the burgundy side of the main building, to match existingto replace the balcony post closest to n rampart on the second floor of the rear service building, to match existingto replace top porch rail of second floor service building balcony, to match existing note: existing bottom rail and spindles to be reusedto replace window sill on the barracks elevation of the main buildingall work as per plans submitted 11 01 16 and stamped vcc approved 11 01 16. Note: all existing hardware to be reinstalled to match existing locations and functions. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work.

Replace side "gate" solid door; replace rotted post; replace rotted top handrail; replace window sill - all as per shop drawings.
