To resolve existing vcc violations (case number 17-00513), per materials stamped vcc approved 02 21 17, as follows:install seven (7) tmezon bullet-style security cameras (measuring approx. 6" long by 3" dia.), located on exterior of building, per attached materials stamped vcc approved 02 21 17. Cameras must be installed on soffit or wall, at least 9-0" above the sidewalk and no lower than 18" below balcony gallery roof overhang soffit. Cameras shall be painted to match adjacent surface in order to minimize visual impact. Repair damaged shutters and repaint to match existing color, benjamin moore, "largo teal," 742, semigloss. Remove unpermitted metal chimney cap. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure.
