I would like to replace my door knob on one door of my condo #g with a door handle key pad combination. I am proposing 2 options; (1) kwikset door handle with key pad and (2) emtec 60 door handle with key pad. My preferred option is the kwikset handle if possible. The emtec 60 has already been approved for my front door facing chartres in another condo that i own at the same address. The door of my condo g faces the interior of the courtyard. The main building can only be accessed via door code or key, therefore i need to be contacted when the inspector wants to come over and take a look. My cell is 504-650-6190.

To remove existing door hardware and install new emtek liscio electronic keypad lever set on door on second floor of service wing. Lever set to have an oil rubbed bronze finish. Work as per architecture committee approval of 10 10 17 and materials stamped vcc approved 10 13 17.
