Notice to proceed on front exterior repoint all mortar joints. Replace any spalling broken cracked brick. Remove and retain brick paving from existing front patio and remove and retain stone patio edge. Pour new concrete foundation in footprint of original. Rebuild replicate patio with as many salvageable bricks as possible. Rebuild low stone patio edge using stone from existing edge. Repair front steps or any spalling stone using lithimix. On rear exterior minor re-pointing of deteriorated mortar joints as needed. New mortar must match existing in color texture composition and tooling. All new materials to match existing. All work to be completed as to plans in chap files.
