Must have chap approval notice to proceed emergency structural repairson west facade of 1023 east baltimore street remove parapet and top of wall approximately inches. Rebuild using same brick and match brick coursing. See plans in chaps files by century engineering with expiration date of 5-31-2015. Install new roof and roof sheathing. Shingles to match existing.

Install fire alarm in the kitchen replacing 1 for 1 existing circuits as per plans as per code.

Interior renovation including structural floor replacement at kitchen kitchen fit-out renovation of kitchen receiving and storage area in basement new flooring at dining area and minor interior renovations at entry lobby new windows at south exterior wall and sidewalk replacement as per plans as per code.

In 1st floor kitchen add 2 new sprinkler heads and relocate heads in basement remove heads for demo of ceiling then news sprinkler layout will add (6) new heads for a total of 16 sprinkler heads as per code

Amend permit com2015-07475 issued on 06 28 17 with plans #2015-652 to add plumber gas fitter & hvac contractors as listed above.
