To remove the existing gutters from both sides of the front porchto install new 6 half round copper gutters on both sides of the front porchto install two new 4 round copper downspoutsto replace broken slates as needed on both roof slopes of main building (approximately 15 tiles)to remove loos stucco and caulking from base of the chimney located in the middle of the three chimneysto apply new stucco to this chimney utilizing vcc standard stucco details (attached)to prepare the metal roof of the shed roof addition to main building for new coatingto apply gaco silicone coating to this metal roof color to be greyall work as per materials stamped vcc approved 03 23 17.
