Conversation with developer stated lot no. 1. Will address this lot as lot 1 unless otherwise requested. Aom; zoning was dis-approved as no site plan was submitted showing proposed home location. A n. C. Modular construction validation stamp from the n. C. Dept. Of insurance, engineering division shall be affixed to modular dwelling. Swr february 21, 2007 2:27:59 pm stuartr in accordance with udo section 7-14-1 (a) (2) a detached accessory structure may encroach into a required side or rear setback area, but may not be located closer than six feet to the property line.;
