Preparation and application of new waterproof coating to all exposed concrete elements. Installation of insulation around window frames. Removal of exposed steel angle at north elevation and repair with continuous masonry at the face of the building to prevent damage to the masonry. Repair the roof membrane fish mouth. Install of waterproofing at lintels. Restoration of "cloud mattress" mural following the above work. All work to match drawings and scope in chap file.
