Roadside tree protection plan root pruningmust be performed and tree protection fence installed along the lod within the critical root zone of the 22" red maple tree located in the row prior to all construction activities. Tree protection fence must also be installed along the existing driveway on the side closest to the tree from the edge of pavement up to the lod making sure to leave the sidewalk open. Fencing is to remain erect until construction is complete. See plans for details and location of the lod. Restoration of row complete repair (restoration of right of way) shall be made of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right of way caused byconstruction operations.
