Demolition of the 2,784 s. F. Canopy island. Note - only fed by power from station building, and will be disconnected at the breaker. Since the canopy is not directly connected to utilities (i. E. - no meter) no demo sign off forms from teco and city of tampa are required.

Revision #2 dated 11 28 2016 design intent: the intent of this revision is to update the interior layout to the latest td bank design guidelines, including a slightly revised floor plan including moving the atm towards the rear entry and moving the settlement lounge rooms towards the front. It also includes a significantly simplified reflected ceiling plan and other minor upgrades. Design revisions by trade architectural exterior: 1. Addition of louvered equipment screens to the roof of an existing td bank. The structural steel supports for the equipment screens have already been completed as part of the original construction bld-16-446223-rev2. The screens will create an enclosure around the roof mounted equipment to shield them from customers view.
