Gas appliance replacement

Interior work 20 sqft: remove all interior doors walls ceilings from first and second floor and basement. All non bearing walls. Remove kitchen cabinets. Clean out basement. Remove all debris as per code demo only separate permit required for tenant fit out

Remove portion of exist. Load bearing wall and install new beam per drawings. Repair existing stair header per drawings. Remove portion of existing 1st floor joists to accommodate new stairs. Replace 32 windows in same size & location. Replace 1 exterior door. Install 1 new exterior door. Install 14 interior doors. New 2x4 stud partitions with drywall. New stairs to basement 36" wide w max 8-1 4" rise min 9" tread. R- wall & r-49 roof insulation. Install new 2-hour fire wall in attic continuous to underside of roof. Laminate existing wood & plaster fire wall with 5 8" type x gyp bd. Construction 1st floor rear deck (8x20). Install concrete parking pad (20x20) with 36" wide conc. Walkway (3x21). Install new roof shingles over no more than 2 layers of exist. Roof. Repair exist. Vinyl siding as needed. Replace vinyl siding at front. As per drawing as per code.

Install (18) # branch circuits feeders (4) # low voltage (1) 2 amps enlarge electrical meters as per code.
