Erect a temporary high tunnel greenhouse on a vacant lot.

I am applying to erect a storage shed, manufactured by tuff shed, on vacant property that will be used for growing vegetables. This is a follow-up to a previously submitted permit application, 17-37093-accs. The shed will need to have electricity hooked up, which will require a temporary pole placed on the property. The vegetable growing operation is not a permanent operation, so the shed and the pole will both be removed in a couple years when the owners build houses on the land. There are currently no existing buildings on the site. I was informed by todd breckman that the agricultural use means that i do not need to get a special waiver to place an accessory structure on the property without a primary structure. The site is already fenced in. We will not be putting down any concrete. See attached photo of a slightly different version of the shed. Install a pre-fabricated storage shed in the rear section of the property located at 10 kentucky st (contiguous to 1028, but does not appear in database). We would like to place a temporary power pole on the site as well. We would also like to add a water meter for an irrigation water source.
