We will perform a total of 1 soil boring on the proposed site to a depth of 75 feet below existing grades. The boring will be located within the bounds of the private property. The boring will be drilled utilizing 4. 25 hollow stem, continuous flight augers and/or mud rotary drilling. The boring will be performed utilizing a truck-mounted drill rig and will generate an approximate 6 inch annulus. After geotechnical exploration is completed, the boring will be backfilled with bentonite slurry, which has a consistency of two pounds of bentonite powder to one gallon of water. Borehole abandonment will be performed by tremie-grouting via a positive displacement pump from the bottom of the borehole.

A griffin hollow stem auger hsa drill rig will install up fourteen gravel pack wells, by advancing a 12. 25 id hsa from existing grade to a depth of feet or refusal. All drill cutting and investigating derived wastes from potentially contaminated sites shall be placed in a covered container and laboratory tested for offsite disposal by contractor. Into each well will be installed a 1 h. P. Turbine submersible pump with discharge riser, power cord and lift cable to the surface. At the well head , a throttle valve and check valve will be installed on the effluent line, for each well will be directed through a common manifold to a baffled settling tank bst located at a location as directed by dc water or ddoe.
