Replace 3 non-historic wood windows on 2nd story side elevation that are deteriorated beyond repair. Two paired 6/6 windows will be replaced with marvin 6/6 aluminum-clad wood windows in evergreen with 7/8" simulated divided lights with applied interior and exterior muntins and an internal stainless spacer bar. A casement window will be replaced with a marvin 2/2 aluminum-clad wood windows in evergreen with 7/8" simulated divided lights with applied interior and exterior muntins and an internal stainless spacer bar in order to replicate the muntin profiles of existing windows.
