Replace porch; according to gis/aerial imagery, this house sets directly on the street and the existing proch which is being proposed to be replaced sets directly on the side property line. Given these two facts the has been placed on hold til further notice. I have attempted to contact applicant to discuss this matter, however i get no answer. Please have applicant contact me should you hear from him. Thanks.; 2/6/02 front setback adjusted to allow this structure to be 12 feet from the street right of way.; porch remodel. Issued by ssb.; call harry taylor for building inspection at redacted phone number all subcontractors shall contact building safety (redacted phone number) to activate electrical, plumbing & mechanical permits. Deck shall comply with appendix a.; front setbacks to be measured from the existing right of way line. Side and rear setbacks are to be measured from property lines. Setbacks also apply to porches, decks, etc.
