Approval of historic design review for exterior alterations to the existing craftsmen style four-plex constructed in 1909 and listed as a contributing resource within the south portland historic district, to include the following: rebuild the east porch to the underside of the existing porch roof. This will include replicating the original porch and repairing or restoring historic elements to original appearance. Rebuild two planter boxes rebuild east stairs to first floora. As part of the building permit application submittal, each of the 4 required site plans and any additional drawings must reflect the information and design approved by this land use review as indicated in exhibits c. 1-c. 12.
