We will perform a total of four (4) soil borings on the proposed site. The borings will be advanced to a depth of 45 feet below existing site grades. The borings will be located within the bounds of the private property. The borings will be drilled utilizing 3. 25-inch hollow stem, continuous flight augers. The borings will be performed utilizing a truck-mounted drill rig and will generate an approximate 6-inch annlus. After geotechnical exploration is completed, the borings will be backfilled ( in accordance with doee requirements) with bentonite slurry, which has a consistency of two pounds bentonite powder to one gallon water.
