1. Remove all porch windows three on the front and one on the south side that currently enclose the front porch and repair brick faade concrete floor as needed upon removal of the windows. 2. Reinstate approximately 1 x 162 knee wall on the front of the porch using the original bricks that were initially removed to install the windows. 3. Remove set of french doors that enclose the north side of the porch and reinstall on the front faade of the home to enclose the front living room area along with sidelights on either side of the door not increasing approximate 8 opening that exists (see plans). 4. Install beadboard ceiling to match existing ceiling over front door. 5. Install three recessed lights on ceiling of front porch. 6. Replace glass on front and french doors (three doors) original doors and hardware will remain.
