Approval for fence, lighting, and landscaping: (special exception for outdoor dining approved per plnpcm2014-00529) fence: install a wood fence 6 tall extending 8 from the west property line in front of the existing storage area facing the street. This wood fence would screen and store patio items from the street. Install a wood fence 6 tall extending 9. 5 from the west property line at the end of the south patio area. Both proposed fences will match existing wood fence. Lighting: place commercial grade outdoor string patio lights with a15 transparent bulbs that will hang along the patio. The bulbs are 3 feet apart on a 45 foot string. Place path lighting directed downward along the pathway. Landscaping: place 3 planters along the north outdoor dining area. Extend the stone drainage strip on the ground to the extent of the south patio.
