Approval to demolish an existing structure: approval to demolish the property located at 183 e. 4th avenue and in the avenues historic district. This building is located behind and in the same lot as the home at 181 e. 4th avenue. On january 5, 2017 the historic landmark commission determined that this building was noncontributing to the historic district. The property owner, steve debois, would like to demolish the structure and replace it with a garage. Notice of demolition was sent to all property owners and tenants, within 85 feet of this property and over 12 days prior to this approval. Approval for new garage: approval to build a new two-car garage on the rear of the property located at 181 4th avenue. The proposed building would be built at the approximate location of the structure to be demolished.
