This is an approval to demolish an existing addition on the rear of the principal building at 458 north 3 west and build a new addition in the same location. The new addition will be 3 square feet, it will be completely behind the principal building and will include a covered porch entry. The roof will be gable with a shorter pitch and the walls of the addition will be the same height as the walls in the principal building. A chimney and a parapet wall will be part of the addition (see elevation drawing.) other elements and materials for the proposed addition are being proposed as follows: 1.
