Install splice case and begin buried to place 305 of (2) 2" hdpe equipped with (1) 144 fiber westerly crossing entrance ramps and trench to place 12 westerly along irving street to the intersection of irving and 1st street nw. On the north side of the intersection go buried to place 979 of (2) 2" hdpe equipped with (1) 144 fiber southerly along the w side of first street nw and nw on hospital center drive. Zayo proposes to tie into vzn manhole and pull 4 of (1) 1. 25" innerduct equipped with (1) 144 fiber thru existing building conduit at 1 irving street nw. Zayo proposes to install (3) 3x5x3 handholes.
