Applicant needs to call the inspector for each inspection. Sp site improvements are to be completed within six months of issuance of permit and include the following: install fifteen (15) holly directly in fron of the length of the building and the wood fence to the north of the building. Add vinyl inserts to the entire area of the chain link gates opening onto 5th avenue. Replace gravel entrance with concrete; conrete shall extend from the existing sidewalk to the chain link gates, and from the east property line to the existing grass. It is the responsibility of the owner to contact inspector for site improvement inspection.
