The department of state (dos) is submitting for comment so that we may incorporate psc suggestions into our final submission for the u. S. Commission of fine arts (cfa)and the national capital planning commission (ncpc). Since we are at the concept stage, our erosion and sediment control plans are not advanced enough to include them with this submission, so a letter had been drafted and uplaoded into the application. Similarily for the insurance documents, those will be included in the application for a public space permit and occupancy permit to be submitted in early 2015. In place of the insurance documents, the letter exchange between dos under secretary kennedy and city administrator lew was uploaded for reference.
