Scope of work 1)remove all existing ballast and dispose off site. 2) remove all existing roofing, flashings and metal accessories exposing the underlying existing insulation. Material to be disposed of in approved dumpsters. 3) inspect existing insulation and wood nailers. Any rotted wood nailers to be replaced with specified new wood to match existing thickness at wood blocking unit cost. 4)add additional wood blocking at curb penetrations if required to meet manufacturers recommended flashing heights. 5) existing insulation to be inspected. Any failed insulation to be spot replaced with like kind and thickness rigid insulation at wet insulation replacement unit cost. 6) over the prepared existing insulation, mechanically fasten 1. 5" polyiso board insulation per manufacturers specifications and details. 7) install new roof system mechanically attached 45 mil epdm per manufacturers recommendations and details to achieve specified warranty. 8) furnish and install new tapered iso saddles
