November 16, 2006 11:23:13 am scarver rubys bbq ramp;scc; received yesterday a level one small project to make changes to ramp on side of building. May need more detail to learn location and scope of work proposed. Swr november 22, 2006 8:38:14 am stuartr learned mike wheeler daped previous as site plan was incomplete and he had no contact with applicant on this request. November 22, 2006 8:47:16 am stuartr ; visited site and took pictures this morning. Learned proposed ramp is for larger of the two buildings. This building is the building labeled as 2 and 8 beverly rd in gis, closest to haw creek and the faade faces towards beverly. This building appears to have multi-tenant occupancy. The proposed ramp would be attached to the far right side of the building and protrude approximately five feet towards haw creek. The applicant explained the ramp would be constructed at or near the existing parking lot curb cut (drainage swell) and connect to the existing wooden deck
