The reference project involves the renovation of an existing droop off area and play ground at beauvoir cathedral elementary school located on the grounds of the national cathedral close. Thwe site area disturbed for construction is approximately 3 acres, and all wok is within the limits of the current school building entrance, play area and tennis courts. Total impervious surfaces are being reduced by approximately 11,5 square feet for a reduction of approximately 19% of the current impervious areas. The work include the replacement of aging play equipment, removal of a portion of the existing lennis courts and reconstruction of a ramp to make currently inaccessile areas of the playground universally accessible, construction of retaining walls to increase useable space, construction of a small restroom, amphitheater and outdoor dining area, construction of a cistern to capture storm water run-off from existing parking areas and installation of rain barrels to capture roof drainage for
