1. Build a new two story high addition. 2. Remove existing shed. 3. Build a new garage on the rear of the lot with an access from a private right-of-way. 4. Doors and windows on the original portion of the house will be restored. 5. Restore wood lap siding on the front yard dormer. 6. New egress basement windows and window wells will be created on the north elevation . 7. Replace landing, stairs and walkway in the front yard. 8. Restore curb cut. 9. Replace driveway with a bluestone walkway. 10. Create a new bluestone patio in the back yard. 11. Add a concrete landing and steps on the west elevation. 12.
