St. Johns college high school is modernizing its academic and student life facilities with a series of small building additions and renovations of existing spaces. These improvements include the addition of a new small 3-story classroom wing for music rooms and classrooms on 27th st, renovation of two art classrooms at basement level and exterior patio, enclosure of an existing walk with a 1- story covered glass walkway at courtyard, renovation of the existing music department space into a ministry center and theater rehearsal space at basement level, addition of 1-story storage space to the existing boiler room for the schools facilities department at courtyard.
